Rig City 13U captured the 41-29 victory over A Wun Formula Sports Academy on Sunday.
Trailing 10-4, Rig City 13U went on a 12-point run to take the lead. Rig City 13U got out to a 23-18 lead at halftime before closing out the victory.
Rig City 13U had four assists in the second half, as they outscored A Wun Formula Sports Academy 18-11.
Ben D and Carlos P led Rig City 13U in scoring with eight points each. Rig City 13U controlled the paint, grabbing 27 rebounds. Ben led the team with eight rebounds. Rig City 13U passed the ball well with 11 assists on 16 made baskets. Rig City 13U blocked three shots in the game. Additional scorers for Rig City 13U included Brody R (5 points), Nathan L (5 points), Jayden M (5 points), Von A (4 points), Skylar P (4 points), and Zayden A (2 points).
