Norris Knights defeated Warren Middle School, 39-31, on Saturday thanks to 12 points each from Brody Ramirez and Jalen Himes.
Leading 12-10, Norris Knights went on a 13-2 run to pull further away. Norris Knights got out to a 22-12 lead at halftime before closing out the victory. Trailing 35-20, Warren Middle School went on a 9-point run to close the gap.
Norris Knights controlled the first half, outscoring Warren Middle School 22-12.
Norris Knights shot well from distance, going 5-13 from three. Ramirez hit two threes for Norris Knights. Additional scorers for Norris Knights included Jacob Dinsing (7 points), Jayden McIntosh (3 points), Emmett Blake (3 points), and Von Anderson (2 points).
Warren Middle School controlled the paint, grabbing 25 rebounds.
